Marvin’s extensive construction background has shown the distinct ability to consistently deliver complex and demanding projects on time, safe, and within budget. His established and recognized record in the construction industry has given him the ability to communicate effectively with all team members, enabling projects to complete successively by incorporating the owner, architect, community, prime contractors and subcontractors beginning from design through the construction phases.
